Come ride our trails or come ride our trails and go glamping too!!! 

Bring your pals or family for a gorgeous ride out around our 14km track and all its optional fences. We can accommodate bookings of up to 21 people at the glamping site for a unique bring your horse on holiday experience. A perfect mini break with your horse for your club.

The Munny Trail is an equestrian trail ride out across a farm  situated on the borders of Co Carlow and Co Wicklow in a place called Coolkenno. Riders bring their own horses and ride for approximately 2 hours across a marked trail with fences en-route. The jumps comprise of ditches, streams, walls, drop fences, a trakhener, coffins, fly fences, a hogsback, a brush fences, fallen logs and many more of different heights. We also offer equestrian bring your horse glamorous camping holidays where you stay in a mongolian yurt tent or log cabin. Each tents sleeps up to 4 people and full bedding is provided so all you need to bring is your horse and your family or friends for a great time!

Glamping at The Munny Trail

You can now come glam camping with your horse. The Old Forge Glamping is based at The Munny Trail and has 5 boutique tents which have a double and 2 single beds in each. Ride your horse, put him up for the night and settle back to a bbq with friends and some glamping!

Club Days

You can organise for your club to come to the Munny Trail. Hunt Clubs, Riding Clubs and even hen parties have all enjoyed their day out at the Munny Trail. We can also do a catered bbq lunch or just bring a picnic along instead.

Schooling young horses or ponies

The Munny Trail is the ideal way to bring on a young horse or pony. They will enjoy learning to jump out on our natural courses with such a variety of fences from walk through streams, to ditches, fallen logs, fly fences, coffin fences, banks, steps and many more. Our fences range from a foot off the ground to 1.10m. There are over 50 fences to pick and choose from. You can go out in a small group of 2 or 20 whatever suits your needs.
